This policy explains how AURA Clinic ("AURA", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website, contact us on WhatsApp, or receive treatment at our clinic in Kuta, Central Lombok, Indonesia.

What we collect
- Contact details — name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address.
- Booking details — the service requested, preferred date and time, appointment history.
- Health information — for clinical treatments only, the medical history, allergies, medication and skin assessment needed to treat you safely.
- Messages — the content of conversations you have with us on WhatsApp, email or social media.
- Website data — basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiries and confirm, change or remind you about appointments.
- To provide treatments safely and keep the clinical records required of us.
- To send aftercare instructions and follow-up related to a treatment you received.
- To send promotional messages, only where you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and health-regulatory obligations in Indonesia.
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to communicate with clients. When you message us, WhatsApp processes that conversation under its own terms and privacy policy. We use your number solely to reply to you, manage your bookings and — if you have opted in — send service updates. We do not sell or rent your number, and we do not add you to broadcast lists without consent.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our booking and messaging platforms, payment processors and website host — and only to the extent needed for them to perform that service. We may also disclose data where required by Indonesian law or a competent authority.
Retention
Contact and booking data is kept while you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards. Clinical records are retained for the period required by Indonesian health regulations. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including restricted access to clinical records and encrypted transmission on this website. No system is completely secure, but we take these obligations seriously.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022) you may request access to your data, ask for corrections, request deletion where the law permits, withdraw consent to marketing, and object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@auraclinic.id. We respond within 30 days.
